Hyper-V ඔබගේ පරිගණකයේ ඇතිදැයි බලන්නේ කෙසේද?

Hyper-V යනු Virtualization සඳහා අවශ්‍ය කරන වැදගත් Windows Feature එකකි. මෙය තිබීමට හෝ නැතිවීමට බලපාන්නේ ඔබගේ Central Processing Unit එකයි. කෙටියෙන් කිවහොත් Intel i-Series එක වැනි යම් මට්ටමකින් Generation එක අලුත් Processor එකක් ඔබගේ පරිගණකය සතුනම්, Hyper-V නිසැකවම ඔබගේ පරිගණකයේ තිබෙණු ඇත. එම Windows Feature එක ඔබගේ පරිගණකයේ ඇතිදැයි සොයා බැලීමට මෙම ක්‍රමය භාවිත කරන්න.

1. Start විවෘත කර (Windows Logo Button or Click Start) Windows Features ලෙස Search කරන්න. එවිට ඔබට Turn Windows Features On or Off නම් Search Result එකක් දිස් වනු ඇත. එයට Click කර විවෘත කරගන්න.

2. දැන් එහි Hyper-V නම් Features Bundle එකක් ඇතිදැයි බලන්න. එය නැතහොත් ඔබගේ පරිගණකයේ Hyper-V ඇත්තේ නැත. එහෙත් Windows 8.1 සහ ඊටත් අලුත් සංස්කරණ වලදී Hyper-V Platform එක ඇරෙන්න අනෙකුත් Features Preinstalled ලැබෙනු ඇත. රූපයේ පෙන්වන්නේ එවැනි එකකි. එහෙත් මෙය Hyper-V තිබීමට සුදුසු පරිගණකයක්නම් නෙවෙයි.


3. Hyper-V නම් Item එකක් තිබුණහොත් එය Expand කර Disable (අලු පාට වී ඇති) වී නොමැති Items සියල්ලට Tick එකක් දමා Check කරගන්න. ඉන්පසු OK නම් Button එක ඔබන්න. දැන් ඔබගේ පරිගණකයට Hyper-V Platform එක සහ Hyper-V ඇතුලත් වනු ඇත.

4. මෙම ක්‍රියාකාරකම අවසානයේ දී Windows Update Service එක Stop කිරීමට අමතක නොකරන්න.

මගේ CPU එක හොඳයිද?

සාමාන්‍යයෙන් Intel i-Series CPU වලට Hyper-V පහසුකම් ලැබෙනු ඇත. උදාහරණ වශයෙන් ගත් කල Intel Core i3, Core i5, Core i7. තවද බොහෝ Laptops සඳහා මෙම Feature එක ලැබෙනු ඇත. මෙය Bios මගින් Check කල හැක. Virtualization නම් Setting එක Enabled නම් Hyper-V Installation එක කරගත හැකි වනු ඇත.
